The Montserrat Tourism Authority (MTA) has announced the winners of the Tourism Week Photo and Video Competition.
In the best photo category, Ian Gerald won with his photo of a masquerader against the backdrop of the Soufriere Hills Volcano. According to the MTA, this photo powerfully blends culture, heritage, and nature, reminding us of the island’s enduring beauty and resilience. Mr. Gerald received EC$300 for his winning entry.
In the best video category, Isaiah Lee won with a narrated video highlighting the importance of protecting the environment. Mr. lee’s prize is EC$500 and a return ticket to Antigua, compliments of BMN SVG Air.
The MTA extends thanks to everyone who participated and helped celebrate Montserrat’s beauty through their lenses.
