Government of Montserrat Advertises For Chief Surveyor
The Government of Montserrat is seeking applications for from suitably qualified persons for the post of Chief Surveyor, Lands and Survey, within the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Lands, Housing and the Environment.
Job Purpose
To manage the Land Survey Section of the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Lands, Housing and the Environment to ensure that (a) there is a comprehensive, efficient and effective system of land survey and land registration to support development of the island and to facilitate all dealings on land and (b) the official maps of Montserrat are continuously updated and maintained.
Remuneration Package
Basic Salary is at R7, that is EC$74,760 per annum (taxable).
Allowances:
· Housing EC$18,000.00 per annum (taxable)
· Entertainment EC$3,600.00 per annum (non-taxable)
· Travel EC$9,600.00 per annum (non-taxable)
· Telephone EC$720.00 per annum (taxable)
· Market Premium EC$40, 000.00 per annum (taxable)
