Job Opportunity: Montserrat Port Authority Seeks Community Liaison Officer
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the role of Community Liaison Officer with the Port Development Project under the Ministry of Communications, Works and Labour in Montserrat.
JOB PURPOSE
The Community Liaison Officer (CLO) will promote constructive, gender-sensitive and socially-inclusive partnerships and communication between Public Works Department (PWD) and the affected communities on issues relating to project implementation and will be responsible for implementing community engagement activities as set out in the SEP.
DURATION
The consultancy is expected to begin 4-6 weeks prior to the Contractor(s) initiating the works and last not more than 20 months from the date of contract signing.
COMPENSATION
· Basic Salary - $5,040.00 monthly (taxable)
· Travel Allowance - $800.00 monthly (non-taxable)
payable only if in possession of a motor vehicle.
· Telephone Allowance - $60.00 monthly (taxable)
· Gratuity - 12.5% on basic salary
