Speaking during the second part of an exclusive sit-down with the governor on the Governor’s Office Facebook page, Her Excellency Harriet Cross contends that even though Montserrat has had its fair share of misfortunes, the island is still punching above its weight.
She is calling for a united effort to solving some of the challenges that confront the island and its people.
